MINUTES

TOWN OF VERMONT PLAN COMMISSION JULY 12, 2005

The meeting was called to order by the Commission Chair Barbara Grenlie at 7:30 p.m. The Commission Secretary Marian Swoboda reported the notice had been posted at the Black Earth State Bank, Amcore Bank in Mount Horeb, on the Town Hall front door and on the Town Web Site, www.townofvermont.com along with being published in the News Sickle Arrow and the Mount Horeb Mail.

Members present: Barbara Grenlie, Marian Swoboda, Donald McKay, Marc Robertson and Jim Elleson. Members absent: Mark Sherven and David Stanfield.

The meeting was called for the specific purpose of working on the survey questionnaire to be used in connection with the comprehensive planning project. The commission was intent upon finishing the work so that the final draft could be submitted to the University Survey Lab for technical review prior to final consideration by the commission in August. One questionnaire per household will be mailed to Vermont citizens and property owners. Question content was drawn largely from "Focus Group" summaries.

Motion was made by Marc Robinson seconded by Don McKay and carried to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
